Cookman Revealed as New Boss in Rockman: Dual Overdrive
Capcom has unveiled Cookman, one of the eight major bosses in the upcoming Rockman: Dual Overdrive.
Capcom has introduced Cookman, one of the eight key bosses for Rockman: Dual Overdrive. Along with the character, a new stage set inside a giant pot has also been revealed.
Cookman is a wandering cooking robot who has established a unique 'kung-fu cooking' style by incorporating martial arts into culinary arts. The revealed footage shows the boss using hair-like blades to deliver slashing attacks and scattering kitchen utensils to strike Blues.
In addition to the new boss, the developers showcased a stage designed to resemble a large pot. In Rockman: Dual Overdrive, players can choose to play as either Rockman or Blues. Each character features distinct abilities and action styles, allowing players to tailor their approach to the game.
The game is scheduled for release in Spring 2027. It will be available on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
