Riot updates VALORANT Champions Shanghai rewards
Riot Games has updated the reward conditions for watching VALORANT Champions Shanghai. The changes follow technical issues encountered with the Shotcall extension, which was used for match predictions.
The Frag or Die Trophy card has been added to the Twitch Drops lineup. To earn it, viewers must watch at least 30 minutes of the grand finals on October 18. Previously, this card was exclusive to Shotcall prediction participants. Additionally, the Stamp of Approval graffiti will be available throughout the playoffs for those who watch at least 30 minutes of the broadcast.
Viewers who made at least one prediction via Shotcall during the first five days of the tournament will receive automatic compensation. By October 14, these participants will be granted all three rewards: the Frag or Die Trophy card, the Crab Mentality charm, and The Catch title.
Under the original system, the title was awarded for 50 points, the charm for 300 points, and the card for finishing in the top 3% of participants based on a single map's results. While the charm and title will be available at future events, Riot has not yet specified the exact conditions for those upcoming rewards.
