The official PlanetSide 2 notes posted on June 10 cover an update scheduled for June 11 after 6 AM PDT maintenance. Downtime was expected to last roughly three to four hours.
The patch highlights Flash Rider Armor, new melee knives, a Double XP event for all players and bug fixes. This is a practical live-service update rather than a major systems overhaul.
The date matters: this article covers the 2026 June 11 PC update.
