PGL Wallachia Season 9 Faces Roster and Visa Delays
Organizers of PGL Wallachia Season 9 are reportedly struggling to finalize the participant list due to a shortage of available teams. According to Gabe News, several organizations have been unable to complete their rosters and secure necessary visas in time for the event.
For the ninth season, PGL changed its usual selection approach. Instead of relying exclusively on direct invitations, the organizers are reportedly accepting applications from any teams that are ready and able to compete. This shift comes as several organizations continue to deal with roster-related issues and visa arrangements, making it difficult to secure all 16 participants originally planned for the tournament.
The situation mirrors the challenges faced by Essence III, which was previously postponed due to difficulties involving team rosters and visas. PGL Wallachia Season 9 is scheduled to take place from September 17 to 27 in Bucharest, Romania. The tournament is expected to feature 16 teams competing for a share of a $1 million prize pool.
