PBE Leak Suggests Caps Could Be Next Hall of Legends Inductee

Riot Games may have prematurely revealed the next inductee into the Hall of Legends for League of Legends. On the PBE test server, a Summoner's Rift design featuring elements associated with Rasmus "Caps" Winther has appeared. Among them are a statue, an image on the central line, and additional decorative map elements. The character's appearance in the design resembles Caps, leading the community to speculate that G2 Esports will be the next Hall of Legends inductee.

The discovery was also shared by League of Legends community representatives, including Shakarez. According to published information, the changes might have reached the PBE earlier than the planned announcement.

Another detail involved Tristana, depicted in the Hall of Legends design with an altered look and a large cannon. According to information found on the PBE, she might receive an Immortalized Legend-level skin associated with the next Hall of Legends inductee.

The choice of Tristana has also not been officially confirmed. Before the PBE materials appeared, there were other speculations online about champions who might receive skins dedicated to Caps, so the final set of cosmetics will only be known after Riot Games' presentation.

Riot Games previously confirmed that the third Hall of Legends inductee will be presented on August 17, 2026, and the associated in-game event will begin shortly after the announcement. The company has not named the player.

The Hall of Legends was introduced in 2024 as a way to honor players who have made a significant impact on the esports history of League of Legends. The first inductee was Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok, and in 2025, Jian "Uzi" Zi-Hao was inducted. If the PBE information is confirmed, Caps will become the third player and the first representative of the European professional scene in the Hall of Legends.
