Build concept

The core mechanic is Chain Lightning with maximised chain count and uptime on Electrocution. The loop is straightforward: maintain Electrocution on all enemies while Overcharge converts each stack into additional chain amplification. Clear speed is excellent; boss damage is strong with Vaal Lightning Warp as a burst cooldown.

Chain Lightning — primary attack, 4 chains baseline (scales with passives)
Arcane Surge — cast speed buff triggered after mana expenditure
Arc of Contraction — AOE clear for dense packs
Temporal Chains — defensive slow for survivability
Vaal Lightning Warp — mobility tool and burst damage cooldown on bosses

Overcharge — mandatory; take immediately on entering endgame
