NEXUS Dubai Entity Selected for UAE Future 100
NEXUS has announced that its Dubai entity, NEXUS HUB FZCO, has been selected for the 2025 edition of the UAE Future 100 initiative. The company was recognized under the Creative Industries sector.
Future 100 is a national enterprise support initiative that annually selects 100 promising startups and scale-ups. Jointly led by the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism and the Office of Development and the Future, the program targets companies expected to contribute to the nation's future economic sectors. Selected businesses gain access to the official label, opportunities for government collaboration, and connections to investment and market entry.
The official report describes NEXUS as a full-stack gaming company with a business scope spanning development, publishing, distribution, blockchain, and AI. A core focus for the company is building transaction infrastructure designed to process micro and high-frequency transactions from games and AI agents more efficiently than conventional payment networks.
Operating from its Dubai base, NEXUS aims to discover game studios and pursue publishing partnerships across the Middle East and Europe. Through a joint publishing program with the DMCC Gaming Centre, participating developers receive support for global distribution via ONEstore and blockchain integration.
Following its acquisition of a stake in ONEstore in June 2026, NEXUS has centered its strategy on linking game distribution and payments with its blockchain services, specifically its ONEchain network and the ONEshop web-based in-game item storefront.
NEXUS CEO Jang Hyun-guk stated that the selection reflects the company's growth potential and its success in establishing Dubai as a global business hub. He added that by combining Dubai's collaborative network with ONEstore's capabilities, the company aims to support both Korean and UAE gaming companies in their global expansion.
