Iron Nest: Heavy Turret Simulator Deploys Patch 1.0
Iron Nest: Heavy Turret Simulator has received a major update in version 1.0 (build 1577). Nick Talmers Nieuwoudt and Dominik focused on stabilizing the game after launch, addressing localization issues and improving engine performance.

This update primarily targets localization errors that previously disrupted mission intel for Russian, Spanish, and Polish speakers. The team also fixed cursor visibility issues during scene transitions and resolved problems with mission replay functionality.

Owners of ultrawide monitors will now find a horizontal offset setting for the stopwatch to ensure correct interface alignment. Other improvements include reduced RAM and VRAM usage, updated crater visuals, and enhanced error detection systems.

The chromatic aberration post-processing effect has been removed from the pause menu. Developers noted that over 250,000 copies have been sold in the first three days and promised continued work on new Skirmish modes as outlined in their roadmap.
