FreeStyle Football 2 release date
FreeStyle Football 2 from publisher JOYCITY and developer WOORE is set to launch on December 3. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
The title is an action-packed 5v5 online team sports game where players control individual characters in real-time. Set on the artificial island of Lana, the game breaks away from traditional 11-a-side rules in favor of a faster, more explosive style of play. Gameplay focuses on real-time decision-making, character-specific abilities, and tactical skill chains to dominate the pitch.
In addition to competitive leagues and club tournaments designed for esports, the game features a 10–20 hour chapter-based Story Mode that explores the lore of Lana. Customization is a key element, offering various street costumes, skins, and unique animations for players to express their identity.
Pre-orders are currently available for three different editions:
- Standard Edition ($29.99) — includes the base game and the ZEPHYR and HORIZON clothing sets.
- Deluxe Edition ($39.99) — adds the FEROX Wrestling Set, two Character Instant Recruit Tickets, a Deluxe License profile icon, in-game currency (Prism and Reyal), and early access.
- Ultimate Edition ($69.99) — the most comprehensive version, featuring lifetime access to Premium Outfits, a Premium Pass Ticket, the Death Game Set, eight character holograms, an Ultimate License, and increased amounts of Prism and Reyal.
