Ubisoft is buffing a player’s own follow-up while keeping a brake on other attackers.
The Core Change
In 2.68.1, the second hit-stun state now gives 25% damage reduction from the same attacker instead of 75%. Attacks from a different attacker still keep 75%. Ubisoft is strengthening personal follow-ups without fully reopening old gank routes.
Wall-Splats Matter Again
Attacks that can wall-splat can now do so if the victim is already in first hit-stun state. In practice, wall positioning and throw confirms regain value.
Bottom Line
Phase 3 is a compromise between fair defense and match pace. If the community accepts the values, team fights can become livelier without fully returning to old gank problems.
