CTBC Flying Oyster secure Worlds 2026 spot after LCP Split 3 final
CTBC Flying Oyster secured their spot at Worlds 2026 after a hard-fought 3:1 victory over MVK Esports in the lower bracket final of LCP 2026 Split 3. The win also propelled them to the grand final, where they will face Team Secret Whales on August 30.
The series began with momentum for Flying Oyster, who opened with a dominant 32–15 victory in just 31:14 before taking the second map 16–3. MVK Esports fought back on the third map with a 26–9 win, but CTBC Flying Oyster closed out the series on the fourth map, winning 16–7 to complete the 3:1 scoreline.
The victory completes the regional qualification picture for Worlds 2026. The three teams heading to the global event are now confirmed: Team Secret Whales, CTBC Flying Oyster, and MVK Esports. This result sends Flying Oyster into a rematch against Team Secret Whales, who had previously defeated them 0:3 in the upper bracket final.
Doggo led the way for CTBC Flying Oyster with the best average K/D/A of 7.3/2.3/4.4 and a 61% kill participation rate, contributing significantly to their championship run.
