CORSAIR Launches SABRE v3 PRO PureVector Ultralight: A 37g Wireless Mouse with Directional Sensitivity
CORSAIR has officially released the SABRE v3 PRO PureVector Ultralight wireless gaming mouse series. The lineup focuses on extreme lightweight performance and a unique collaboration with Aimlabs, aiming to refine how players interact with their mouse through personalized sensitivity adjustments.
The new series arrives in two distinct ergonomic configurations: the symmetrical SABRE v3 PRO PureVector Ultralight and the right-handed SABRE v3 PRO PureVector Ultralight Ergo. Both models are available in two color options, Black and White, catering to different aesthetic preferences. The retail price for both versions is set at 28,980 yen.
Optimized Aiming via PureVector Technology
At the heart of these mice is the CORSAIR MARKSMAN X sensor, which supports a maximum DPI of 42,000, a tracking speed of 800 IPS, and 70G acceleration. Notably, the hardware supports a polling rate of up to 8,000 Hz, providing extremely low latency for competitive play.
The standout feature is the 'PureVector' technology, developed in collaboration with Aimlabs. This system allows users to measure their specific mouse movements within the Aimlabs application to optimize sensitivity for different directions. According to CORSAIR, this can reduce aim time by up to 81ms and increase speed by up to 33%. Crucially, once these settings are adjusted, they are saved directly to the mouse's firmware, meaning the Aimlabs app does not need to run in the background during gameplay.
Build and Specifications
The mice are built for longevity and reliability, featuring optical switches rated for 100 million clicks and an optical scroll wheel encoder. Connectivity is versatile, supporting both a USB Type-C wired connection and a 2.4GHz wireless connection. For wireless users, the battery life is rated at up to 140 hours when using the 2.4GHz connection at a 1,000Hz polling rate.
