Astralis and HEROIC set for Stake Pulse Beat II Playoffs
The quarterfinal matchups for the Stake Pulse Beat II Counter-Strike 2 playoffs have been confirmed. Astralis is set to face Betclic, while HEROIC will take on fnatic in the knockout stage.
The remaining quarterfinal pairings feature 100 Thieves against BBL and JiJieHao facing Sangal. The playoffs follow a single-elimination format, meaning a single loss results in elimination. The winner of the Astralis vs. Betclic match will advance to the semifinals to face the victor of the 100 Thieves vs. BBL matchup. On the opposite side of the bracket, the winners of HEROIC vs. fnatic and JiJieHao vs. Sangal will meet in the semifinals.
The tournament, held in Stockholm, Sweden, features a $60,000 prize pool. Knockout matches are scheduled to begin on September 25, with the event concluding on September 26.
