Arena Breakout: Infinite Security Team Announces September Bans and Compensation
The security team of Arena Breakout: Infinite has published a comprehensive ban notice for September 9th, detailing their zero-tolerance stance against rule violations and sharing the results of investigations conducted between August 24 and September 6.
The developers emphasized that maintaining game stability and security is paramount. Consequently, they enforce a strict policy with no tolerance for cheating, which includes using plugins, unauthorized applications, or intentionally teaming up with cheaters. Upon detecting any potential violation, the team immediately investigates and applies serious penalties if necessary.
Penalties can be severe and include ten-year account bans, device-level bans, IP bans, and public bulletins circulated both within and outside the game. The studio has also implemented a real-time banning policy where all suspicious accounts and historical data are reviewed. If an account is found guilty of rule-breaking, it will either receive a new ban or have its existing ban extended.
The community is actively encouraged to report rule-breakers using the in-game Report function or through the studio's social media channels. This collaborative approach aims to ensure a fair, equal, and enjoyable experience for all players.
For the period from August 24 to September 6, the security team reported significant enforcement actions. A total of 50,276 players were compensated with Koen, amounting to a value of 62.02 billion Koen. In terms of penalties, 11,686 accounts received bans for cheating.
The breakdown of these penalties reveals the severity of recent infractions: 2,029 accounts received ten-year bans, while 959 devices and 8,698 IPs were banned. Additionally, 130 players were penalized for bad behavior and another 130 for griefing. The team also confiscated Koen from 3,481 cheaters and issued bans to 3,481 players caught playing with hackers.
Furthermore, information was blocked for 77,011 accounts involved in violations. The notice concludes by reminding players to follow the rules of conduct to enjoy the game safely.
The developers also released a list of specific account names that were taken action against during this period. These accounts are listed without any particular order to demonstrate the breadth of the crackdown on cheating and disruptive behavior within the community.
