All Participants in the VCT Partnership Program for the 2027 Season Revealed
The list of organizations set to join the VCT partnership program for the 2027 season has been revealed by Sheep Esports. While Riot Games has yet to make an official announcement, clubs reportedly began receiving approval for their applications on October 19.
The partnership program will consist of 32 organizations across four regions. Each of the three regions—EMEA, Pacific, and Americas—will feature eight teams, with an additional eight representing China. The lineup includes established VALORANT contenders alongside several clubs that were not part of the 2026 circuit.
Regional Participant Breakdown
- EMEA: BBL Esports, Fnatic, Team Heretics, Team Liquid, Team Vitality, Gentle Mates, Karmine Corp, and FUT Esports.
- Pacific: Rex Regum Qeon, Full Sense, Paper Rex, T1, ZETA DIVISION, Gen.G, Crazy Raccoon, and GAM Esports.
- Americas: LOUD, G2 Esports, NRG, Sentinels, KRÜ Esports, Leviatán, MIBR, and 100 Thieves.
- China: Weibo Gaming, TYLOO, XLG Esports, All Gamers, JD Gaming, Trace Esports, EDward Gaming, and Bilibili Gaming.
Partner organizations will benefit from base payments, performance-based bonuses, and revenue sharing from team capsule sales. They will also gain entry into specific tournament stages at later qualification phases. Meanwhile, an open qualification system will remain available for non-partner teams. Each region plans to host two cups annually, which will replace the regular seasons of regional leagues and serve as a pathway to direct qualification for international Masters and Champions events.
The Kickoff tournament format will remain unchanged, staying open to all teams regardless of partnership status. These competitions, along with the regional cups, are expected to take place at Riot Games studios or established esports arenas.
