VALORANT Champions Final Reaches 1.44 Million Peak Viewers
The grand final of VALORANT Champions 2026 between LOUD and Team Vitality attracted 1.44 million concurrent viewers. According to preliminary data from Esports Charts, this figure is 1.96% lower than the peak viewership of last year's world championship.
The decisive match was the only game of the championship to surpass the one million viewer mark. The second most-watched match was the upper bracket quarterfinal between Paper Rex and LOUD, which drew approximately 883,000 viewers. In terms of peak online viewership, Champions Shanghai ranked fourth among all VALORANT tournaments, trailing Masters Madrid 2024, which peaked at over 1.6 million viewers.

In the final, LOUD defeated Team Vitality 3:1, becoming the first organization to secure two VALORANT Champions titles. The team earned $1 million for their victory. While interest from Japanese and Spanish-speaking audiences decreased compared to last year, the Korean viewership grew following the playoff runs of T1 and Nongshim RedForce.
