Unreal Nightmare signs Revel for CS2 debut
North American esports organization Unreal Nightmare has officially announced its debut in professional Counter-Strike 2. The team was formed by signing the previously orgless squad Revel, which had already demonstrated activity on the online scene. Unlike many roster moves where some players are left behind, all five active members and head coach Jeff "JeffLaFlavor" LaFave have been brought into the Unreal Nightmare team.
The new collective represents one of the most active groups in the North American sub-top. Before the switch, team Revel had already secured 3 wins against 1 loss in ESEA Advanced Season 58 and participated in other notable online leagues such as NSTLGA and CROSSFIRE. Now, the players will have a chance to play together on LAN at the upcoming FRAG Midwest: St. Louis tournament on August 29th.
On social media, longtime core member James "Jachro" Brooks reacted positively to the news, stating that he is very excited to join up with UrNm. According to the player, everything has been great so far, and the team is ready for upcoming matches.
