Team Vitality's Paris HQ wrecked during French unrest

Leading French esports club Team Vitality has confirmed that its Paris headquarters was attacked during recent unrest. Looters targeted the V.Hive premises, stealing trophies and computer equipment amidst widespread protests across France.

The attacks occurred during large-scale demonstrations regarding school funding, the cost of living, and government spending cuts. Reports indicate that rioters also targeted various shops and public buildings.

In an official statement, the club confirmed that their display windows were destroyed and that trophies and computer hardware were stolen. Fortunately, no staff members or fans were injured during the incident. The V.Hive facility will remain closed until the full extent of the damage can be assessed.

Footage shared on social media provides a glimpse into the chaos. Video clips show individuals smashing the HQ windows and throwing gaming chairs into street fires. Additionally, looters were seen dismantling gaming PCs on sidewalks to steal valuable components, such as RAM sticks. Some videos also show individuals brandishing trophies taken from the premises.

As the unrest continues, the French Prime Minister has called for local and partial curfews to contain the rioting. There are growing concerns regarding the potential for similar incidents to occur across Europe.
