SOOP to Host 2026 Overwatch Myeolmangjeon Invitational
The SOOP platform has announced the 2026 Overwatch Myeolmangjeon Invitational. The event will feature 24 streamers divided into four teams, competing for a total prize pool of 20 million won.
The lineup includes prominent gaming streamers like Kim Seong-tae, Kang Man-sik, OA, and Park Sa-jang, alongside virtual streamers such as Vichan, Jingburger, and Hangyeol. Following a team auction held on September 20, the squads were finalized under the leadership of captains Park Sa-jang, Jungryeok, Ttanda2dang, and Onne.
The tournament structure is as follows:
- September 22–23: Round-robin stage (best-of-3) featuring Capture, Escort, and Hybrid modes.
- September 24: Grand Final (best-of-7) featuring Capture, Escort, Hybrid, and Free Play modes.
The winning team will take home 15 million won, while the runners-up will receive 5 million won. Additionally, an event involving SOOP, Nexon, and Blizzard account linking will run alongside the competition.
