SOFLO CS2 launches bi-weekly $1,000 tournament series
SOFLO CS2 has announced SOFLO SLAM 3, the first event in a new bi-weekly tournament series launching in late September. The online competition features a $1,000 prizepool and is designed to provide smaller teams with additional competitive practice opportunities outside of ESEA League.
Running from September 26th to 27th, the third iteration of the South Florida-based organizer's online offering will accommodate up to 64 teams. Registration is currently open, with a minimum of 20 teams required to validate the event.
The competitive format consists of a BO1 Swiss Stage leading into BO3 single-elimination playoffs. The winning team will secure $700 of the total prizepool. This new recurring series aims to give teams more consistent chances for competitive matches and practice.
For context, the previous SOFLO Slam was won by NuTorious, who defeated F5 2-1 in the grand finals.
