Riot Games Sends Letters to Players with Most Time on VALORANT Agents
Riot Games has begun sending emails to players who have spent a significant amount of time playing certain agents in VALORANT. The company is thanking these players for their dedication and including video messages from the developers.
Players have reported receiving messages highlighting unique achievements. One recipient was identified as being among the top 0.1% of players in North America with the most hours played as Breach. The email included a video where lead designer Jay Watford congratulated the player on their milestone. Other players have also confirmed receiving similar correspondence.
These emails follow the release of update 13.06, which introduced the Agent Mastery system. The system was launched at level zero for all players, meaning that time spent playing agents prior to this update does not contribute to the new progress tracking.
