PowerColor Launches Radeon RX 9050 8GB GDDR6 Graphics Card
The new Reaper model from PowerColor features an AMD chip, phase-change thermal paste, and DisplayPort 2.1a support.

PowerColor has launched a new graphics card, the Radeon RX 9050, in the Reaper series. The model, designated RX9050 8G-A, is equipped with an AMD Radeon RX 9050 chip and 8 GB of GDDR6 memory. Sales begin on August 21, with a recommended price of 52,980 yen in Japan.
The graphics card measures 200×100×39 mm and features dual fans with Ring Blade designs mounted on ball bearings. The manufacturer states that Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change thermal paste is used to improve heat dissipation efficiency.
A notable update is the support for the new interface standard: the card includes two DisplayPort 2.1a ports and one HDMI 2.1b port. Memory operates at 18 Gbps, while the core frequency is set to 2600 MHz. Power is supplied via a single PCIe 8-pin connector.
The model is available for purchase on Amazon and Rakuten through partners PC Koubou (Akihabara Parts Store) and Arc.
