PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for October: Mafia: The Old Country, Horizon Forbidden West and more
Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced the October lineup for the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog. The highlights for Extra and Premium subscribers include Mafia: The Old Country, Horizon Forbidden West, and the fast-paced co-op shooter Mycopunk. Most titles will be available starting October 20.
A major addition to the service is Mafia: The Old Country on PS5. The game takes players to the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily, following Enzo Favara in a gritty, cinematic narrative about the origins of organized crime.
The catalog will also welcome Horizon Forbidden West for PS5 and PS4. Players can rejoin Aloy to explore a vast, post-apocalyptic frontier and face off against massive, awe-inspiring machines.
For fans of cooperative action, Mycopunk arrives on PS5. This highly customizable looter shooter features 4-player co-op as players battle through fungal-infested planets. The game will be available in the catalog day one on October 20.
Other notable additions include:
- Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2 (PS5, PS4) — arriving October 27 in the US, UK, and Japan;
- The Midnight Walk (PS5) — available October 14 in the US and UK, and October 15 in Japan;
- Tales of Arise – Beyond the Dawn Edition (PS5, PS4) — arriving October 27 in the US, UK, and Japan;
- Monster Energy Supercross 25 – The Official Video Game (PS5) — arriving October 27 in the US, UK, and Japan.
For PlayStation Plus Premium members, the library expands with Dino Crisis 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition on PS5 and PS4. Additionally, starting October 20, Premium members can access Game Trials for Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy and Mortal Shell II.
