Patlabor: The Case Files Release Date Announced for PS5 and PC
Good Smile Company has officially confirmed the release date for the new Patlabor 3D action game, Patlabor: The Case Files. The title is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5 and PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store) on September 17, 2026.
The game allows players to relive iconic scenes from the Patlabor universe through the eyes of members of the Special Vehicle Section Two. It features two distinct mission types: main missions played as the SV-2 team and alternative side missions played from the perspective of their adversaries.
Players can operate more than 20 different Labors, ranging from the classic Ingram to advanced models like the Griffin and Zero-Type. The game is developed by Chime Co., Ltd..
A PC version is currently available for wishlist registration on digital storefronts. The game supports Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean languages.
