ONE PIECE: Sea Feast Restaurant — Kairosoft Simulation
Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced ONE PIECE: Sea Feast Restaurant, a management simulation game developed by Kairosoft. The title will be available on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PC, iOS, and Android.
Set in an alternative One Piece timeline, the story begins when a fake version of the Baratie restaurant appears. To counter this, Luffy and Sanji decide to establish "Baratie No. 2." Players take on the role of a rookie staff member tasked with managing the restaurant, gathering ingredients, and expanding the menu.
The gameplay features Kairosoft's signature pixel art and management loops, including interior decoration, facility upgrades, and menu optimization. The game boasts over 400 characters, including figures from the ongoing "Elbaf" arc, and features a unique "interaction event" system that allows players to witness unexpected meetings and conversations between characters.
The game is scheduled for release on October 22, 2026, with the PC, iOS, and Android versions arriving on October 23.
The core gameplay loop involves expanding the restaurant from a small establishment into a massive entertainment venue. Players must collect recipes, combine menu items to earn price bonuses, and decorate the interior. Strategic placement of furniture and decor affects customer comfort and can turn visitors into regulars.

Beyond management, the game offers various activities. Players can construct special facilities, such as a "Live Venue" for performances by Brook or Uta, or use the "Mirror Room" to change character appearances. Nine different mini-games are also included, such as "Silhouette Quiz" and "Daruma-san ga Koronda!".

The game features over 400 characters, ranging from classic figures to new characters from the "Elbaf" arc. The "Fureai Events" system allows players to witness unique interactions between characters that may not have occurred in the original series. Additionally, a "Photo Mode" is included, allowing players to take group shots of visitors with zoom functionality.
