MLBB Test Server Patch 2.2.30: Natalia and Atlas Buffed, Masha Nerfed, and New Bang Bang Mode
Patch 2.2.30 has arrived on the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang test server. The update features hero balance adjustments, ongoing testing for Radiant Lantern effects, and the introduction of the new Bang Bang game mode.
Hero balance shifts are the core of this update. Natalia has been strengthened through a new mechanic that converts critical strike stats into physical attack, alongside a significant increase to her Ultimate's base damage. Atlas also received a buff to his passive skill, providing higher physical and magical defense that scales with bonus health. Additionally, Aldous can now use his second skill more frequently due to a reduced cooldown.
Conversely, Masha and Dory have faced nerfs. Masha's passive now provides less bonus damage and health regeneration, and her second skill's early-game damage and scaling have been reduced. Dory's first skill and Ultimate now have longer cooldowns at early levels, though these values return to normal once the hero reaches maximum level.
The New Bang Bang Mode
The developers are set to launch the Bang Bang mode on October 30. This dynamic 5v5 format removes role selection restrictions, with gold and experience from minions and monsters shared among players within range. At the eight-minute mark, both teams summon a Golem, forcing players into a confined area on the central lane. The objective is to destroy the enemy Golem in a final team fight to secure victory.
The mode will feature rotating gameplay variations every three days. The initial announced modes include:
Additional Updates
Testing continues for Radiant Lantern, with new buffs being added to reduce respawn times after the first death and increase gold earnings. Furthermore, camera controls have been updated, introducing a fixed camera shift option and a direction wheel for manual positioning to streamline battlefield movement.
