KuroKy revealed his attempts to bring Miracle- back to pro scene
Astra Invicta coach Kuro "KuroKy" Salehi Takhasomi has shared details regarding his attempts to bring Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi back to the professional Dota 2 scene. In an interview with Maurice "KheZu" Gutmann, the coach stated that he offered his former teammate the chance to play for any team, but was met with a refusal.
According to KuroKy, he maintains a strong bond with the player and spoke with him just a few days ago. Despite their relationship, annual attempts to persuade Miracle- to return to competitive play have been unsuccessful. The coach emphasized that he encouraged the player to simply play for any organization, expressing absolute confidence in his ability to succeed at the highest level.
However, Miracle- has consistently declined the offer. KuroKy believes that the primary reason for his absence is a lack of motivation and enthusiasm rather than health issues. The coach noted that while Miracle-'s health appears to be in good condition, the player simply no longer cares about competing. Consequently, KuroKy stated he has decided to stop insisting on his return, feeling he has done everything possible.
The professional career of Miracle- spanned from 2013 to 2025, highlighted by a victory at The International 2017.
