Korea and Taiwan to Meet in AG LoL Final
The League of Legends semifinals at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games have concluded, setting the stage for a high-stakes final. Korea and Taiwan have both secured their spots in the championship match.
Korea secured a 2:0 victory over Saudi Arabia to advance to their third consecutive final, following their appearances in 2018 and 2022. In the opening game, Canyon (Kim Geon-bu) on Vi and Zeka (Kim Geon-woo) on Rell established early dominance, leading to a massive gold lead and a swift victory by the 21st minute. The second game saw Zeus (Choi Woo-je) on Nidalee dominate the lanes, effectively closing out the series.
On the other side of the bracket, Taiwan defeated Vietnam 2:0 to reach the final for the second consecutive time. Although Vietnam took an early lead in the first game, Taiwan executed a successful comeback through superior objective control and Baron plays. In the second game, Taiwan maintained pressure on the top lane to secure the win by the 27th minute. As a result, Vietnam has officially secured the bronze medal.

The gold medal match is scheduled to take place on October 2 at the Aichi Sky Expo.
