Joseph "JoJoPyeon" Jun Extends with M8COY Until 2027
Joseph "JoJoPyeon" Jun has signed a contract extension with M8COY (Movista COY) through 2027. The move comes as the team secured their spot at the League of Legends World Championship.
After debuting in the amateur scene in 2020, Joseph "JoJoPyeon" Jun gained significant attention following his stints with Zenith eSports and Evil Geniuses (EG). His dominance in the LCS was cemented in 2023 when he was named MVP for LCS Summer and earned multiple spots on the First and Second Teams.
Following his time with Cloud9, he made a rare move from North America to the European LEC, joining M8COY ahead of LEC Winter 2025. Since joining, he has helped the team secure a LEC Spring title and a second-place finish in LEC Summer behind G2 Esports, clinching the second seed for Worlds. This marks the third time Joseph "JoJoPyeon" Jun will compete at the League of Legends World Championship, following his appearances in 2022 and 2025.
