Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet: Full Reveal Set for 2027
A full reveal of the science-fiction adventure Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is slated for 2027. This was confirmed by Naughty Dog studio head Neil Druckmann during the conclusion of The Last of Us Day 2026.
Druckmann stated that the team is currently focused on what is shaping up to be the studio's most ambitious project to date. He described a sense of excitement within the studio as the various components of the game come together, though he emphasized that the developers need more time to "cook" before presenting the final vision.
As part of the update, the studio set expectations for the coming months: Naughty Dog will remain quiet for the remainder of 2026. However, in 2027, they plan to provide a proper look at Jordan’s wild sci-fi adventure. The title is being published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet was originally announced for PlayStation 5 in December 2024. While a specific release window has not been provided, the studio aims to deliver a presentation worthy of the players' patience.
