Hotfixes: World of Warcraft Patch 12.1.5
Blizzard Entertainment has released a series of hotfixes for World of Warcraft version 12.1.5. The updates, spanning from October 13 to October 21, 2026, cover a wide range of content, including Midnight, Labyrinth, Mists of Pandaria Classic, and Season of Discovery.
A significant portion of the updates focuses on fixing scenario and quest mechanics. In the Labyrinth, players can now exit via Kinduru in De Empire's Rest, and issues preventing the completion of the "A Golden Opportunity" and "Returning the Bounty" scenarios have been resolved. Additionally, bugs affecting loot in Jan'alai's Refuge and boss behavior in The Labyrinth of Kindo'jan were addressed.
Regarding combat balance, developers implemented several adjustments to reduce difficulty in various instances. In The Coiled Altar on Mythic difficulty, the number of spawned orbs and mutations has been reduced, along with their effective radii. Various bosses in dungeons and raids, such as Murder Row, The Venomous Abyss, and The Blinding Vale, received health and damage reductions. Notably, the Sszorak encounter on Mythic now takes five seconds longer to reach full rage.
PvP mechanics also saw significant changes. The Spoils of War buff has been introduced, increasing Conquest gains by 50% and Honor gains by 40% in Battlegrounds and Arenas. Furthermore, Conquest and Bloody Tokens are now uncapped, and players can purchase the Venomous Equipment Chest from the conquest quartermaster, Irissa Bloodstar.
Class-specific fixes were applied to Druid, addressing mana issues for Guardian and ability bugs for Restoration. Item adjustments were also made, including an increase in the maximum item level for the Ancient Hash'ey Battle Art enchantment to 344.
