G.Skill Unveils Trident Z5 Royal NeoX DDR5-6000 with EXPO ULL Support

G.Skill has introduced its new Trident Z5 Royal NeoX memory kits, specifically designed for AMD Ryzen platforms. These modules feature EXPO ULL (Ultra Low Latency) support, aiming to deliver even lower access latencies than standard EXPO profiles.

EXPO ULL Technology and Latency Optimization

The EXPO ULL profiles are engineered to achieve significantly faster data access. According to the manufacturer, the tRAS value in these modules is less than half of what is found in conventional EXPO memory. Additionally, the manufacturer has optimized sub-timings to enhance overall responsiveness.

Users should note that utilizing EXPO ULL settings requires motherboard compatibility via UEFI support.

Specifications and Availability

The lineup includes two dual-channel kits, each containing two 16GB modules. Both operate at DDR5-6000 speeds with a 1.35V voltage requirement:

  • Model F5-6000A3636F16GX2-TR5NXS with CL36-36-36-76 timings;
  • Model F5-6000A3038F16GX2-TR5NXS with CL30-38-38-32 timings.

Pricing and availability information is currently sourced from OVERCLOCK WORKS in Japan. The first model is priced at 114,300 yen, while the second is listed at 139,100 yen.
