GIGABYTE has wrapped up its participation in Gamescom 2026, highlighting the AORUS INFINITY ecosystem and a range of hands-on gaming experiences. The showcase featured flagship motherboards, graphics cards, AI-powered laptops, OLED monitors, and peripherals, all designed to demonstrate the brand's latest hardware and software integrations.
At the center of the exhibition was the AORUS INFINITY Series, which GIGABYTE presents as a unified gaming ecosystem. The centerpiece was the X870E AORUS INFINITY NEXT motherboard, which the company describes as combining aerospace-inspired engineering with advanced power and thermal design. Notably, the board utilizes 3D metal-printing technology in its construction. This platform was paired with AORUS GeForce RTX 50 Series INFINITY graphics cards, which feature the WINDFORCE HYPERBURST cooling system. According to GIGABYTE, this combination is designed to sustain performance during demanding gameplay sessions.
The setup was completed by the AORUS C510 GLASS INFINITY chassis. This case distinguishes itself with an integrated 16-inch display and flexible placement options. GIGABYTE positions this design choice as a way to turn the PC itself into part of the gaming experience, rather than just a container for components.
AI integration was a key theme for visitors exploring portable and external computing options. The AORUS MASTER 16 GEN 2 AI gaming laptop and the AORUS RTX 5060 Ti AI BOX allowed attendees to test how artificial intelligence can enhance gaming setups. A central feature of this experience was GiMATE, GIGABYTE's exclusive AI agent. Through GiMATE, players could experience intuitive system control and real-time performance optimization. Additionally, the GPU Selector feature demonstrated how GPU resources can be intelligently deployed between the laptop and an external GPU unit.
The AORUS MASTER 16 GEN 2 received external recognition during the event, being named a CHIP Highlight at Gamescom 2026. This award recognized the laptop's gaming performance, intelligent optimization capabilities, and advanced thermal design.
Display technology was another major draw, with AORUS OLED gaming monitors attracting significant attention. These displays allowed players to experience the responsiveness and visual clarity of OLED panels in fast-paced gameplay. Specific models highlighted included the FO27Q28G and FO27Q24G. Both monitors feature QHD WOLED panels, refresh rates of up to 280Hz, and response times of 0.03ms. GIGABYTE also emphasized its Tactical Features, which are designed to support competitive play by providing deep contrast, smooth motion, and quick response times.
Beyond raw performance, the showcase also focused on aesthetics and build customization. Visitors explored STEALTH cableless builds and the WOOD Series, which highlight how gaming PCs can combine clean layouts with distinctive personal style. These options cater to users who prioritize visual design and organization alongside technical specifications.
GIGABYTE noted that this showcase is part of its 40th anniversary celebrations. The company stated that the AORUS INFINITY presence at Gamescom 2026 marks another chapter in its four-decade journey of gaming innovation.
