BC.Game knocked out of HyperX Retake Season 13
BC.Game's run at HyperX Retake Season 13 has come to an end. Despite a strong start, the team failed to secure a spot in the playoffs, exiting during the group stage.
The team's performance in Portugal was a rollercoaster. BC.Game opened their campaign with a decisive 13-6 win over OG on Cache. Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev was the standout performer, leading the lobby with 23 kills and a 1.93 rating. However, this momentum failed to carry them through the critical stages of the tournament.
In a high-stakes best-of-three against Metizport, BC.Game fell short in a 1-2 series loss. After Metizport secured a dominant start on Nuke, BC.Game fought back on Mirage to take the map 13-9. However, they couldn't sustain the pressure on Ancient, losing 6-13 and handing Metizport the playoff berth.
Their elimination was finalized in a 0-2 series loss to OG. After a tough first map on Inferno (9-3 for OG) and a grueling overtime battle on Cache, BC.Game was unable to capitalize on their momentum. While the early exit is disappointing, BC.Game now shifts their focus to the PGL Major Singapore, where they have already secured qualification via the Asian VRS.
