Alienware 32-inch 4K RGB Tandem OLED monitor now available for $699
Dell has officially released its AW3226Q gaming monitor in the US market, priced at $699.99. Unveiled at IFA 2026, this 32-inch model introduces a significant shift in panel architecture by utilizing LG Display's Tandem WOLED technology with an RGB-stripe subpixel layout.
Tandem OLED with RGB-stripe layout
The 31.5-inch display features a 4K resolution (3840 × 2160) and a 165Hz refresh rate. Moving away from traditional WOLED panels that rely on an extra white subpixel, this RGB-stripe configuration aims to optimize color accuracy. Alienware specifies 10-bit color support, 99% DCI-P3 coverage, and a rapid 0.03 ms GtG response time.

Brightness levels are rated at 250 nits for SDR and up to 1,000 nits in HDR (at a 3% APL window). The monitor is VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 certified and supports both HDR10 and Dolby Vision. To ensure smooth gaming, it includes NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technologies.
Connectivity and Availability
The AW3226Q is equipped with one DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.1 ports, and a USB-C port capable of 15W power delivery for data and charging. It also features two USB Type-A ports and a headphone jack. Notably, Dell provides a three-year warranty that includes coverage for OLED burn-in.
The monitor is currently listed in the Dell US store for $699.99. While European availability is anticipated later this fall, specific release dates and regional pricing remain unconfirmed.
